What is SPDepend SharePoint Dependency Inspector?

SPDepend SharePoint Dependency Inspector is a command line tool helping to check SharePoint web solution packages (WSPs) for dependencies, e.g. dependencies between features (activation dependencies), assemblies, content type inheritance, external assemblies and a lot more. It helps architects to analyze WSP Solutions for a clean and maintainable structure, and also helps operators to identify dependencies between WSP solutions and SharePoint artefacts.

SPDepend Beta has be released as part of the SharePoint Code Analysis Framework (SPCAF) available at go.spcaf.com/VSGallery
